The design of wheel/gear. The disk of the wheel/gear is 4 cm diameter x 1.2 cm thick with customized grooves of different sizes. The wheel contains an opening which is used to fasten the wheel to the rod of the stepper motor allowing the rotation of wheel by the motor. The wheel is shown to contain three grooves of different sizes and to receive different size pills from the pill chamber above. The depth of the grooves is designed depending on the size of the pill.
